Circulation(s) is the first French festival dedicated to emerging European photography.

At each edition the Fetart collective, creative and artistic director of the festival, showcases a new European photography scene to examine current topics. This 2025 edition proposes an open artistic vision, rich in contrasts and trends, on territorial issues, echoing the transitions we are facing, both as individuals and as a society. Territories are the crucible in which our identities and questions are forged. Certain geographical areas are finally emerging from the silence and expressing themselves forcefully.

The richness of this 15th edition also lies in the exploration of intimate territories as places of resistance and experimentation in the face of systemic violence. The Circulation(s) festival attaches particular importance to making audible and visible testimonies and perspectives that allow for the renewal of our perceptions.
